Broadcast TV Viewership RatingsQ/A Testing - provided quality assurance & testing services for the integration of a new Nielsen viewership ratings service to track the viewing habits of varied audiences. This included creating test plans, test scripts, test execution and results reporting using Mercury Quality Center to assure that granular details (ie: minute-to-minute viewing data) are properly tracked & reported.

CD/DVD DistributionUX/UI Analysis - provided a team of User Experience specialists, Information Architects and Web Developers to re-design & develop an enhanced consumer website to sell and distribute the company’s line of music CD’s and DVD movies.

Arena Operations – Food & Beverage – Project Management – helped implement a new Food & Beverage system to improve operations and provide added capability for food courts, concession stands, premium seating services, corporate/luxury box suites for this premier sports & entertainment complex. Project One provided PMI/PMP project management staff with prior stadium & arena operations experience to plan, track and manage the successful implementation of this project.

Music/Media Publishing – SAP Programming & Analysis - supplied functional and technical supply chain expertise to enhance an existing ERP system to provide improved forecasting, manufacturing, order fulfillment and distribution capabilities for music CD & DVD products. Provided SAP/ABAP expertise with emphasis on MM/Materials Management, Financial Analysis, Credit Processing, Availability Checks and MRP forecasting modules.

Sporting Event Operations – Technical Support - provided Windows/Unix/Macintosh server & desktop technical support services for U.S National Championship tournaments that receive worldwide multi-media coverage and whose venues accommodate 650,000 fans. Project One provided staff for setting up the desktop environment, handling day-day technical issues (ticketing, concession sales, scoring tables) and service shutdowns at the conclusion of the tournament.

Digital Rights / Asset Management – Business Analysis - assisted in the implementation of a Digital Rights/Digital Asset Management system. Provided business analysts with RUP, JAD, use case design and subject-matter-expertise. This enabled the client to manage and profit from their digital intellectual property as well as create new profit streams through multi-channel, multi-format publishing & distribution.

Consumer Multimedia Portal – Q/A Testing - participated in the Q/A testing of the consumer portal for following the 2008 Beijing & 2010 Vancouver Olympics. This multi-media website combines live-broadcast television, video-streaming, graphics and social media integration. Project One performed functionality and browser compatibility testing to verify the operation & accuracy of the user interface across multiple systems.

Global News Distribution – Web Development - provided software engineers to create a hosted website for one of the world’s largest news organizations that could be private-labeled with their client’s brand name and contain news, photos, graphics, audio and video content. Involved C#, HTTP Handlers, Modules, Streams & Threads.

Mobile Applications – Mobile/Tablet Development - supplied iOS & Droid mobile technology developers with experience using SMS, WAP, MMS, and mobile video systems to build ad-supported/sponsor-branded mobile websites.

Digital Advertising – UX/UI Analysis - provided a User Experience Architect with human factors engineering experience to redesign the front-end of a client B2C website. Using the results from usability testing, user interviews and heuristic evaluation – a proposal was created including wireframe diagrams, process flows and prototypes. Once implemented, the new user interface resulted in reduced screen clutter, consolidated & enhanced legibility of content and reduced navigation time and errors.

Ad Sales – Business Analysis - provided business analysis to help re-engineer an Ad Sales, Traffic & Billing System. Roles included performing a needs assessment and gap analysis with the current system and developing detailed functional specifications for development and enhancement. Also served as business/technical liaison between end users and the IT organization. Actively participated in user acceptance testing.

Music Licensing – Web Development – provided ASP.Net, C#, BizTalk & SQL development for a web portal that connects with a network of hundreds of artist and label websites that generate millions of unique visitors per month. Worked closely with the marketing team, creative/graphic artists, infrastructure engineers and the production staff to develop new features & enhancements to keep the website’s content fresh and up-to-date.

Media Publishing – ETL Programming – created programs to extract data from multiple operational systems and load it into a central data warehouse repository and various data marts for KPI reporting and customer analytics. Used Informatica PowerCenter, PL/SQL programming and HP-UX shell scripts to process large volumes of data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. This new capability allowed the client to increase the effectiveness and ROI of their database marketing activities.

TV Multimedia Integration – Project Management - supplied project managers with IT media & entertainment experience and Agile software development to oversee the launch of new programming content for a worldwide television entertainment leader. Project One responsibilities included overseeing applications development and related systems integration tasks to combine the companion website, mobile games & downloads and contests & sweepstakes together with the television channel content.

Online Pay-Model - Business Analysis - requirements gathering and documentation for an innovative online, metered pricing model for a global publishing company.  Provided subject-matter-expertise throughout the project development lifecycle as well as user acceptance testing criteria.
