Requirements gathering to create functional specifications for development and user acceptance testing.  Subject-matter-expertise allows for recommendations for business process improvements.

Technical Architects
Design of the network, systems and applications infrastructure and programming components to support business and operations needs.

Data Modelers
Understanding and defining data and data relationships and how they are used by individual departments/applications and integrated into the enterprise/systems.

UX Designers
Human factors engineering to design user experiences and user  interfaces that are more intuitive, increase productivity and provide a more pleasant and successful experience.

Developers
Applications programming & development that consist of back-end databases, business logic and presentation layers.

Q/A Testers
Functional application testing and systems performance/stress testing.  This includes preparing test plans, creating test scripts, test execution, results tracking and defect reporting.  Testing may be manual or automated.

Support of the underlying technology environment which includes:  networking & communications, security, server administration, database administration, etc.

Technical Support Specialists
